Espira Health LTD ("Espira", "we", "us") operates espirahealth.com. This policy explains the personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Early Access form. If you submit the form, we collect your name, email address, country, selected type of interest (early user, pilot participant, partner, or investor), and anything you choose to write about why Espira is relevant to you. The free-text response is optional; please do not include medical records or other sensitive information.

Website. Cloudflare processes standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to host, protect, and monitor the site.

How we use information

We use form details only to review and respond to your selected interest. We use website data to keep the site secure, understand its use, and improve its performance. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

How we share and store information

Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the form, and routes email for our domain. Valid form submissions are sent through Resend as an internal email to contact@espirahealth.com. Resend processes the message content and delivery data, and the email is stored in Espira's business inbox, whose provider is managed separately from this website. The website has no Early Access database, CRM, or mailing list, and does not add you to a Resend contact list.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare provides aggregate traffic reports as part of hosting and protecting this site. We have not added the optional Cloudflare Web Analytics browser beacon to the site code. If it is enabled through Cloudflare's account settings, it is used only for aggregate visit and performance reporting; Cloudflare states that it does not use cookies or local storage, fingerprint people, or track them across customers' sites. Early Access form details are not sent as analytics events, and we use no other analytics or advertising trackers.

Retention

We keep form submission emails only while needed to respond to your interest, and delete them earlier if you ask, unless we must keep something for legal reasons. Resend retains message and delivery data according to Espira's account settings and its service terms; the website itself has no automatic retention schedule.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing contact@espirahealth.com. Please write from the address you submitted so we can find your request.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above.
